WHAT AM I GOING TO LEARN?

You’ll learn what executive functioning really means and how ADHD can challenge it, discover your own strengths and weaknesses, and create a simple productivity system that actually works for you, the ADHD way.

HOW LONG IS THE WORKSHOP?

The plan is for it to run for 90 minutes and I will do my best to ensure we don't run over this time.

WILL IT BE RECORDED?

The session will not be recorded for confidentiality purposes as we will have discussions throughout.

DO I NEED TO BE DIAGNOSED ADHD TO JOIN?

Nope, if you struggle with getting your sh*t together regardless of neuro-type you may join.

This session will suit anyone who wants out of box solutions to making life easier.

DO I HAVE TO SPEAK?

This is an interactive workshop however you do not have to participate in the group discussions.

It will however be beneficial for you to join in with your pair or triad to discuss and create.

CAN I JOIN THE WORKSHOP FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
